Overview of Diobox Forms
Updated over 8 months ago

Diobox offers a comprehensive system for creating various types of registration forms, each designed with unique functionalities tailored to different purposes. The centralization of forms in a single location simplifies the management process and enhances your ability to monitor how invitees or guests interact with your event. Depending on the specific needs of your event, these forms can be utilized individually or in combination.

This document provides an overview of the Diobox Forms functionality, covering the following key areas:

Form Types

Registration Forms

These are straightforward forms that enable attendees to register for your event. They are designed to be filled out quickly and easily.

RSVP Forms

Our RSVP forms offer a controlled method for guests to confirm their attendance. Each form is associated with a unique URL, making the process private and secure. Additionally, these forms can serve as independent questionnaires, allowing you to collect specific responses from each guest. The uniqueness of the links issued to each invitee ensures that the RSVP remains private and non-transferable, safeguarding against unauthorized sharing.

Ticket Forms

These forms are designed to facilitate ticket sales. They support a streamlined checkout process either directly through the guest's interaction or via point-of-sale integration on the Diobox mobile app.

Waitlist Forms

If your event requires a selection process, our waitlist forms allow potential guests to apply for their attendance. You can then assess and qualify these applications to either confirm or decline their participation.
