Diobox offers five types of forms, each built for a different purpose. All of your event's forms are managed in one place, which makes them easy to update and lets you see how invitees and guests interact with your event. You can use one form type on its own or combine several, depending on what your event needs.

Simple forms that let anyone register for your event. They are quick and easy for guests to complete.

RSVP forms give invited guests a private way to confirm or decline attendance. Each guest receives a unique link that cannot be shared or transferred, so only that guest can respond. RSVP forms can also include questionnaires to collect specific answers from each guest.

Ticket forms let you sell tickets with a simple checkout. Guests can buy tickets online, or you can sell them in person with the Point of Sale feature in the Diobox mobile app.

If your event has a selection process, waitlist forms let people apply to attend. You then review each application and confirm or decline it.

Survey forms collect additional information from guests for your event. Each guest receives a unique survey link, so they can only submit their own response.
