This article provides a high level overview of how the Event Web Page is structured and how each feature works together to create a complete event experience.

Hero Section

The Hero section appears at the top of your event website and creates the first impression for your visitors. It highlights the most important event details at a glance, such as the event name, date, and primary call to action.

You can customize the Hero image, layout, headline, subtext, and registration button behavior to match your event branding and goals.

Website Content Builder

The Content Builder allows you to design the body of your event website using structured content blocks. You can add sections for text, images, call to action areas, and other custom layouts to present your event information clearly and professionally.

Each section can be styled to match your brand, including spacing, background colors, and alignment. For advanced customization, you can insert custom HTML to create highly tailored layouts or embed external content.

Registration Integration

Your event website can connect directly to the public forms you build within Diobox. The main call to action button in the Hero section can link to a registration form, a waitlist, or any other public form.

You can also enable multiple forms so visitors can complete more than one form in a single session. This is useful when offering multiple ticket types or add ons that require separate selections.

Speakers Section

You can feature presenters, panelists, and special guests directly on your event website. Each speaker profile can include a photo, name, title, company, description, and an optional external link.

The Speakers section can be displayed as a dedicated area on the page. Speakers can also be linked to specific sessions in your Agenda so attendees can clearly see who is participating in each segment.

Agenda Builder

The Agenda section provides a structured program guide for your event schedule. You can create grouping headers, such as separate days or themed segments, and add individual entries with titles, times, descriptions, and associated speakers.

Entries are displayed in chronological order based on time, so your schedule remains organized automatically as you make updates.

Vanity URLs, Publishing, and Analytics

Every Event Web Page can be published under a short, branded vanity URL. Once published, your page is publicly accessible, fully mobile responsive, and optimized for sharing.

You can keep your website in draft mode while building and previewing changes. When ready, you can publish or unpublish it at any time. The publication status is always visible from the left navigation.

Diobox also provides built in visitor tracking so you can monitor traffic in real time. For deeper insights, you can connect Google Analytics to track engagement, traffic sources, and user behavior in more detail.
