Website Content Builder

Updated this week

The Event Web Page in Diobox allows you to design a fully customized webpage for your event. In addition to the Hero section and optional Sidebar, the Content Builder controls the main body of the page.

The Content Builder appears directly below the Hero section. If the Sidebar is hidden, your content can span the full width of the page. For more details about the Sidebar, see Sidebar on the Event Website.

How the Content Builder Works

The Content Builder is a block based editor. Your page is made up of individual content blocks that can be added, rearranged, duplicated, or removed. Each block controls a specific type of content, such as headings, text, images, or buttons.

This structure makes it easy to build anything from a simple event description to a detailed landing page with multiple sections.

To use it, select Content Builder from the Content options.

Block Types

Heading

Use the Heading block to create section titles and structure your page. You can choose the heading level, such as Title, H1, H2, or H3, and adjust alignment and font.

Text

The Text block allows you to add formatted paragraph content. It supports rich text editing, including bold, links, lists, and basic formatting. Use this block for event descriptions, schedules, instructions, or any detailed information.

Image

The Image block lets you upload and display images. Images are automatically optimized for faster loading. You can also make an image clickable, linking it to a Diobox Form, another Event Web Page, or an external URL. This is useful for sponsor logos, speaker photos, banners, or promotional visuals.

Divider

The Divider block adds a horizontal line to visually separate sections. Use it to create clearer structure between major parts of your page.

Spacer

The Spacer block adds vertical space between blocks. It helps improve readability and layout without adding visible elements.

Button

The Button block allows you to add a call to action within your content. A button can open a Diobox Form, link to another Event Web Page, or redirect to an external link. This is useful for additional registration buttons, ticket links, or sponsor redirects.

HTML

The HTML block allows you to insert custom HTML and inline styling. It is intended for advanced use cases such as embedding third party widgets, adding custom layouts, or inserting external scripts and forms.

General Styling Options

Most blocks include general styling controls to help you fine tune layout and design.

These typically include:

  • Top and bottom padding to control spacing

  • Text or line color

  • Background color for the block

  • Alignment options

Because each block can be styled individually, you can create clear visual sections, adjust spacing between elements, and align the page with your event branding.
