You can build and edit your event website while it is in Draft mode. This allows you to preview content, design, and layout before sharing it publicly. When everything is ready, you can switch the site to Published so it becomes accessible to others.
Check the Website Status
Your website status is visible at all times in the left navigation bar, even if you are not currently inside the Website section.
An orange dot indicates the website is in Draft mode.
A green dot indicates the website is Published.
Draft mode means the page is only visible to you while logged in. Published mode makes the page visible to anyone with the link.
Change the Publication Status
To update the status, click the Publication Status button in the upper right corner of the event page.
In the settings, choose:
Draft
The website is only visible to you while logged in.
Published
The website is visible to anyone with the link.
Changes take effect immediately, so your website will update as soon as you save.
