Tracking Your Event Website Analytics

Updated this week

When you publish an Event Website in Diobox, you can monitor how visitors interact with your page. This helps you understand interest levels, measure campaign performance, and optimize your event marketing.

Diobox provides two levels of tracking:

  • A built in visitor counter for quick insights

  • Google Analytics integration for detailed reporting and advanced analysis

View Real Time Visitor Activity

Diobox displays a live visitor count directly in the Website tab. This gives you a quick snapshot of how many people have visited your Event Website.

The visitor count updates in real time.

Connect Google Analytics

For deeper insights, you can connect your Google Analytics account. This allows you to track detailed metrics across both the Event Website and the Guest Portal.

With Google Analytics, you can analyze:

  • Traffic sources such as email, social, or direct visits

  • Page views and user behavior

  • Session duration and engagement trends

  • Conversion tracking based on your own Analytics setup

Add Your Measurement ID

To connect Google Analytics, you will need your Google Analytics 4 Measurement ID. It follows this format: G-XXXXXXXXXX

To add it, go to the top right dropdown and select Google Analytics.

Once saved, tracking begins automatically on your published website.

For detailed instructions on locating your Measurement ID, see the Google Analytics Integration guide.
