Event Portal Links and Language

Share your Portal Link, set your Event Link and guest links, and choose the language of your Event Portal.

Your Event Portal has a few links to share: the Portal Link for all guests, your Event Link, and each guest's personal Guest Portal link. You can also choose the language guests see.

Find these in Portal → Overview.

Portal Link

Each event has its own Portal Link. It opens the Form Selection Page, where guests can see all public forms for your event. Share this link in emails, on social media or on your website.

The Portal Link is your Event Link with /p added, for example https://d.io/gls/p. It always opens the Event Portal.

Copying the Link

You can copy the Portal Link in two places:

  • Portal → Overview – click the copy icon in the Portal Link field.

  • The top of any Portal page – click the copy icon next to the link in the upper-right corner. The Portal Link menu next to it also opens Event Link Settings.

Event Link Settings

Your Event Link is your event's short link, for example https://d.io/gls. Unlike the Portal Link, it goes to a destination you choose: the Event Portal, a form or the Web Page, or it can be disabled. Click Event Link Settings to change the Event Link or its destination.

Language

Use Language Templates to:

  • Show the Event Portal in another language

  • Translate individual forms for multilingual events

  • Create your own template

The template in use appears in the upper-right corner of the Language card, for example Custom Template. Click Manage Language Templates to choose or edit a template.
