Diobox makes it easy to include QR codes on guest badges to support check-in, session tracking, lead retrieval, and contact exchange between attendees. This article outlines how to design a badge with QR codes, configure the QR code type, and print badges using the event’s on-site setup.
Design your Event Badge
Use the Badges section and select a badge template that includes a QR code or add a new badge and insert a QR code using the Badge Builder.
The Diobox Badge Builder offers a flexible visual canvas where you can arrange text, dynamic fields, images, shapes, and QR codes to create any badge layout you need.

Configure the QR Code
Every guest QR code generated on the Diobox platform works for check-in, session tracking, and lead retrieval. QR codes can also enable contact exchange, allowing guests to scan one another’s badges to share contact information instantly.

Print Badges On-Site
After the badge design is complete and the QR code is configured, badges can be printed through the Diobox iOS app. The app supports auto-printing at check-in, on-demand printing for individual guests, and bulk printing before the event.
