Diobox offers multiple ways to locate bounced emails, whether you’re looking at specific email campaigns or the entire event.
Viewing All Bounced Emails for an Event
You can find a list of bounced emails within the Guest List modal, which features a dedicated Bounced email segment. This list includes both soft and hard bounces, allowing for efficient tracking after sending emails.
Additionally, performing a Guest Export will provide recipient engagement data, including counts of email statuses such as total opens, clicks, soft bounces, and hard bounces. For more detailed instructions, refer to the Export Data Guide.
Viewing Bounced Emails in Specific Campaigns
To review and filter bounced emails for individual campaigns, navigate to the campaign report after sending an email. Use the Email Options dropdown to filter and view email statuses, including bounces, specific to that campaign.
