Manage Tickets

Updated today

Diobox allows you to create, manage, and sell tickets directly from your event dashboard. Ticketing is fully integrated into the Forms section, where you control ticket types, availability, and settings.

Tickets are one of the five available form types in Diobox. When you create a new event, a default set of forms is automatically generated, including a ticket form that you can edit or expand.

Find Your Tickets

To view your tickets, go to Forms from the left navigation. All forms for the event are listed here, including ticket forms. Ticket forms are displayed with their own icon so they are easy to identify.

From this page, you can create new tickets, edit existing ones, duplicate them, or manage their status.

Create a New Ticket

To create a new ticket, click + Form in the top right and select Ticket as the form type. You can create as many ticket types as needed, such as General Admission, VIP, Early Bird, or Sponsor.

When your event is connected to Stripe and a ticket is active and available for purchase, a green status indicator appears next to it. This confirms the ticket is live and ready for sales.

Duplicate a Ticket

Duplicating a ticket allows you to quickly create a new ticket using the same structure. This includes all fields, content, layout, styling, and functionality.

When duplicated, the new ticket receives its own unique link and does not affect existing ticket orders tied to the original form.

To duplicate a ticket, select the ticket, click the More dropdown, and choose Duplicate Form.

This is useful when creating variations such as Early Bird and Standard versions of the same ticket.

Disable or Delete a Ticket

Tickets that have not been ordered can be deleted.

If a ticket has been ordered at least once, it cannot be deleted. In this case, you can disable it instead.

Disabling a ticket removes it from public view. Anyone accessing its direct link will see a “Form Not Found” message. Disabled tickets are marked with a red status indicator in the Forms list.

To disable or delete a ticket, select the ticket, open the More dropdown, and choose the available option. If the ticket is eligible for deletion, you will see Delete. Otherwise, you will see Disable.

Customize Your Ticket

You can fully customize your ticket using the Form Builder. To change the style of the ticket, add or remove registration fields, include custom questions for data collection, or update text and layout, open your event and select the ticket you want to edit. Then click Edit Form to launch the Form Builder.

Inside the Form Builder, you can manage fields, content, and presentation to match your event requirements.
