Diobox makes it easy to collect additional information from your guests by allowing you to add custom questions to your registration forms. These questions go beyond basic profile fields and let you gather the data that matters most for your event.
One of the key advantages of Diobox forms is that questions are treated as reusable content. This means a single question can be added to multiple forms within the same event, helping you standardize data collection and analyze responses more effectively.
Overview
Add a Question to a Form
Open your registration form and click Edit Form.
In Form Builder mode, drag the Question block to where you want it to appear.
You’ll see a list of all questions already created in your event. Click Add next to the question you want to insert.
By default, each event comes with a few sample questions that you can use or modify.
Create a New Question
In the question selector, click + Question to open the Question Editor.
Choose from the following question types:
Single Answer (radio buttons)
Multiple Answer (checkboxes)
Dropdown Menu
Single Line Text
Paragraph Text
Terms and Conditions (with agreement checkbox)
File Upload
Use the Required checkbox if the guest must answer this question.
Tip: If you have a list of options saved elsewhere, you can copy and paste the list directly into the Choices field. Each line will automatically become a separate choice.
Edit or Remove a Question
To edit or remove a question from your form, open the form in Form Builder mode and click directly on the question block. This will reveal additional options.
Click Edit Question to update the question content. Changes made here will apply everywhere that question is used in your event.
Click Remove Question to remove it from the current form. This action does not delete the question from your event and it remains available for use in other forms.
View All Questions and Responses
To review data collected from your custom questions:
Go to Submissions > Questions & Responses.
This view allows you to manage questions and review guest responses across all forms within the event.
