Guest Lists are different categories to organize and browse guests. Diobox uses the “tagging” concept where one or more Guest Lists can be assigned (or tagged) to your guests. You can create multiple Guest Lists per event and tag each guest to one or more Guest Lists.

By default, three Guest Lists are automatically created for each event: VIP, Client, and Sponsor.

You select and manage Guest Lists in the Guest Lists selector. To view the list, click the Guest Lists Action button at the top.

To view a guest list or segment, just click it.

To create a new guest list, in the Guest Lists selector, tap the + button.

Type in its name and press the Save button.

Now that you have created a new Guest List, you can tag that to guests.

You can also set up Check-In Alerts to notify your team when guests tagged within those Guests Lists check in.

To edit a Guest List, tap the list's Edit button.

To delete a Guest List, enter the Guest List edit mode and click the Delete button.

You can assign one or more Guest Lists to categorize your guests.

To tag a guest:

If you need to create a new Guest Lists, select the + New Guest List button at the bottom of the menu, and then assign it to your guest.

You can also change Guest List assignments in bulk.

First, select the guests you want to edit. Refer to Performing Bulk Actions to learn how to select multiple guests.

Then, on the Bulk Actions list, select Tag Guest List.

On the web app, you have the option to add or remove multiple guest lists to guests in bulk. On the iOS app, you can only add guest lists in bulk.

Select the Guest Lists you want to add or remove to the selected guests, and click Apply.
