Overview of Ticket Sales Reporting

Updated over a week ago

Diobox provides multiple ways to monitor ticket performance and review detailed sales data. Whether you need a quick snapshot of revenue or a detailed breakdown of individual orders, you can access reporting tools directly within your event.

Below are the main areas where you can track ticket sales and related information.

Summary on the Event Dashboard

When you open your event, you land on the Dashboard, which gives you a high level overview of performance across your event.

Within the Dashboard, you can view ticket metrics under the Forms section, including:

  • Total tickets sold

  • Gross sales

  • Net sales

This view is ideal for quickly checking overall revenue and sales progress without diving into individual orders.

Ticket Orders

The Submissions section provides a detailed list of every ticket purchase associated with your event.

Here you can review individual orders, ticket types purchased, and purchaser information. This is the best place to audit specific sales or verify payment details.

Ticket Questions & Responses

If your ticket form includes custom questions, you can review all submitted answers in: Submissions β†’ Questions & Responses.

This area allows you to analyze attendee responses, gather insights, and review any required information collected during registration.

Export Ticket Orders

For offline reporting or sharing with your team, you can export ticket order data.

Exports allow you to download structured sales data for accounting, reconciliation, or deeper analysis in spreadsheet tools.

Guest Level Details

In the Guests section, you can open any individual guest profile to review ticket information at the guest level.

This view is useful when you need to look up specific attendees, verify payment information, or check-in status.
