The Submissions section is where you manage all ticket orders and form submissions for your event.
At the top of the page, you will see a summary bar showing tickets sold and net sales. This provides a quick overview of your event performance.
Below the summary, all submissions are listed in chronological order. This includes ticket purchases as well as other form submissions such as RSVPs, waitlists, or surveys if they are part of your event.
Viewing Ticket Order Details
Each row in the list represents either a single ticket order or a grouped order that includes multiple tickets or registrations.
When you select an order, the details appear on the right side of the screen.
For a single ticket order, you will see the guest name and email, ticket details, and answers to any custom registration questions.
If the order includes multiple items, the summary will show the total purchase amount along with a breakdown of each ticket or registration in that order. Any associated waitlists or registrations will also appear there.
Order Receipt and Guest Ticket Page
From the selected order, click the Options dropdown.
You can open the Order Receipt or the Guest Ticket Page. Both open in a new browser tab and reflect exactly what the guest received after completing their purchase.
Filtering Ticket Orders
The Submissions page includes filtering tools to help you quickly find specific orders.
Filter by Form Type or Ticket
Click the Filter button to narrow results by form type. You can choose to view only ticket purchases, or drill down further and select a specific ticket name to see only those orders. Other form types such as RSVPs, waitlists, or surveys can also be filtered separately.
Find Unassigned Tickets
Deferred Guest Registrations is a feature that allows a ticket buyer to purchase multiple tickets in a single order without entering the details for every guest during checkout.
To find tickets that have not yet been assigned to guests, click the Filter dropdown and select Unassigned Registrations/Tickets to display only submissions that contain unassigned guests.
To learn more about this feature, see article: Allow Ticket Buyers to Assign Guests Later
Sorting Ticket Orders
Use the Sort dropdown to change how submissions are displayed.
You can sort by date created, total ticket price, or name of guest or ticket buyer. Each option allows you to adjust the order so you can quickly locate the information you need.
Deleting Ticket Orders
Ticket orders can be deleted, although this is generally not recommended.
You can delete an order from the Submissions page by selecting the order, clicking Options, and choosing Delete. You can also delete it from the Guest Profile by locating the ticket order under guest activity and selecting Delete there.
Deleting an order removes it from your Diobox event and updates your gross and net sales totals. However, it does not issue a refund and does not modify the payment record in Stripe. Refunds must be handled directly in Stripe.
