Custom ticket questions allow you to collect additional details from guests during registration, such as meal preferences, session interests, accessibility needs, or other event specific information.
Questions are added within the Form Builder when configuring your ticket. For instructions on creating or managing custom questions, see: Adding Custom Questions to Your Form
Once your event is live and guests begin registering, you can review and analyze all collected responses from the Submissions section.
View All Questions and Responses
To review responses collected from your ticket questions:
Go to Submissions β Questions & Responses.
On this page, you will see a list of all custom questions used across your event forms and tickets. Selecting a question displays:
The total number of responses
A visual summary, such as a pie chart or bar chart depending on the question type
A percentage breakdown for each answer choice
This view is especially helpful when planning logistics. For example, if you asked about food preference, you can quickly see how many guests selected each option and calculate catering quantities accordingly.
If the same question is used in multiple tickets or forms, all responses are combined into a single aggregated view. This allows you to analyze results across your entire event without exporting data from multiple sources.
Guest Level Breakdown
Below the chart, you will see a list of guests who were presented with that question in at least one form or ticket, along with their individual responses.
This section includes:
Guest name and email
Their selected answer
Pagination for navigating through larger response sets
Click on any guest to open their profile and view their full registration details, tickets, and activity history.
Edit a Question
You can edit a question directly from the Questions & Responses page by clicking the Edit button in the top right corner of the question panel.
Changes made here will apply to every form or ticket where that question is used.
Important
Editing answer choices affects all associated forms and tickets
Removing an answer option permanently deletes existing responses tied to that option
Structural changes may impact reporting consistency if responses have already been collected
Review carefully before making updates to questions that are already in use.
