If your event includes multiple sessions, you can use the same guest QR codes to check attendees into each session individually. This allows you to track attendance for specific activities or time slots within the event.
Adding and Managing Sessions
Before scanning, add all of your sessions in Event Activities. You can access Event Activities in two places:
Go to any guest profile and select the door icon in the Check-In panel at the bottom of the screen.

Alternatively, you can use your Event Settings > Event Activities.
Once your sessions are created, they become available for selection during check-in.
Selecting a Session for Check-In
When you select a session, that choice will persist on the device for all future check-ins. This applies whether a guest is checked in by scanning their QR code or through manual check-in.
Session Settings in the QR Scanner
You can also select or change the active session directly in QR Scanner Settings while scanning. This makes it easy for staff to adjust on the fly without leaving the scanner view.
