You can share a printer-friendly version of tables with event stakeholders outside of Diobox, like sponsors and table captains, using publicly accessible links.

Go to Seating, select the caret next to your table name, then choose Print/Share Table from the dropdown.

A new tab in your browser will open with a printer-friendly version of the table shape, seating arrangement, guest names, the count and names on the waitlist, and any notes recorded for the table.

The color icon next to each guest name represents their Confirmation Status.

Copy and paste the URL to share with others outside of Diobox. The format is always d.io/table/{pathway} - for example, https://d.io/table/wdPZ03ii.
