How Diobox Handles Ticket Payments

Diobox uses Stripe as the payment processor for all ticket sales.

When a guest purchases a ticket:

  • The payment is processed securely through Stripe

  • Stripe’s processing fee is deducted

  • Diobox’s ticketing fee is deducted

  • The remaining balance is deposited into your connected Stripe account

Funds typically settle to your bank account in about 2 business days, depending on your Stripe payout schedule and banking setup.

Diobox does not hold or delay your ticket revenue. All funds flow directly through your Stripe account.
