You can view a list of all Guest Activities across all events for a guest from their profile as well as a scorecard related to their event history.

Alongside their activity history, you will see a Scorecard that includes a summary of their behavior:

  • Events Invited

  • Events Confirmed

  • Number of Events, Attended

  • Number of Events, No-Shows

  • Average Rating

  • Total Spend (across all your events)

If a guest RSVPs for an event but doesn’t show up, their count of No Shows increases, helping you make better decisions for future events.
