Diobox offers multiple ways to add new guests for supporting individual entry or  walk-ins. To upload a list in bulk, see Import Guests from a CSV File.

Step 2: Enter the guest name and email address

The iOS App provides the additional option for adding other fields before saving the guest. Click More Details to see all guest fields. 

To add additional fields on the Web App, after creating the guest, use the Edit Guest for adding more fields.

​Note: First Name is required to create a new guest.

To support walk-in guests, the iOS app provides the shortcut to Quick Add and Check In the guest simultaneously. Click the dropdown icon next to the Quick Add button to find this option.
