Automated Emails for Guests

Send automatic confirmation emails and set the sender details for your event.

Diobox can automatically email guests when they register, RSVP, buy a ticket, join a waitlist or complete a survey. To manage these emails, go to Portal → Automated Emails.

Confirmation Emails

Choose one option:

  • Send confirmation emails (Recommended) – guests receive a confirmation email each time they submit a form.

  • Don't send confirmation emails – guests do not receive automated confirmation emails.

Click Save to apply your choice.

This is a global setting for your event. Each form also has its own email confirmation setting, so you can turn confirmation emails on or off for individual forms. If you select Don't send confirmation emails here, automated confirmation emails are turned off for all forms, whatever their individual settings.

To choose what appears in confirmation emails, such as a QR code or wallet pass buttons, go to Portal → Guest Confirmations.

Sender & Message Details

These details are used in all automated emails from your event, including emails to guests and to Team Members.

  • Sender Name – the name guests see in their inbox, such as your event or organization name.

  • Sender Email – the address emails are sent from. If your event uses a custom email domain, enter the part before the @, such as info. Without a custom email domain, emails are sent from [email protected].

  • Reply-To Email – shown when there is no custom email domain. Choose the Team Member whose email address receives guest replies.

  • Event Date – select Show event date below the event title to include the event date in the email.

  • Custom Message – an optional message that appears at the bottom of the email.

Click Save in this section to apply your changes. Each section has its own Save button.
