After guests register, they see a confirmation page and receive a confirmation email. Guest Confirmations settings control what appears in both. To change them, go to Portal → Guest Confirmations.

Wallet Pass Customization
Guests can add their event pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The pass keeps their event details and QR code on their phone, so they don't need to search their email at the door. As the event gets closer, the pass can also appear on their lock screen.
The Wallet Pass Customization section below the confirmation settings shows your current pass design. Click Customize Pass to open the Pass Builder. One editor creates both the Apple Wallet and Google Wallet versions.
The same Pass Builder also opens from Event Settings → Wallet Pass. Changes made in either place apply to the same pass.
Branding – add your logo and banner image, and choose colors and text to match your event.
Guest and event details – add fields such as guest name, ticket, seat, date and location. Diobox fills them in for each guest.
Back of the pass – add more information and links that guests can tap, such as a website, email, phone number or location.
QR code – include each guest's QR code for fast check-in.
Use the Preview to see both versions side by side. Switch between the front and back of the pass with the menu in the upper-right corner of the preview.
