Guest Actions

Choose how guests can complete and update their registration.

Guest Actions control what guests can do during and after registration. To change them, go to Portal → Guest Actions, select or clear the options, and click Save.

Let Guests Edit Their Form Submissions and Profile

When this option is on, guests can update their registrations, tickets or surveys after submitting them.

It also turns on the Guest Profile page. On this page, guests can update their details, such as their name and email address, so their information stays current for future events.

Turn this option off if guests should not change their answers after submitting.

Enable Deferred Guest Registrations

When two or more guests or tickets are registered at once, the buyer can enter just their own name and email. They then receive an email with links to complete each guest's details later.

Until those details are added, these guests appear as Unassigned Guests.

Protect Forms from Bots with reCAPTCHA

Google reCAPTCHA checks that free registrations and guest edits come from a real person. Forms without this protection can be flooded with fake submissions by bots.

Keeping reCAPTCHA on is strongly recommended. If it causes problems with on-site registration, you can turn it off temporarily. Turn it back on as soon as possible.

Turning off reCAPTCHA requires a Corporate plan or higher.
