Overview of Diobox Ticketing

Updated over a week ago

Diobox makes it easy to create and manage professional ticketing experiences for your events. Ticket forms are fully branded, easy for guests to use, and optimized for fast checkout. You can share ticket forms using short links based on Diobox’s 1-letter domain, making them simple to distribute in emails, social media, and invitations.

Ticketing is built directly into the Forms section of Diobox. This keeps ticket registrations consistent with all other types of forms you may use for your event. Because of this structure, ticketing automatically works with other Diobox features such as email invitations, SMS messaging, badge printing, and guest check-in.

Payment Integration and Payouts

Diobox is a Verified Stripe Partner and uses Stripe as the payment processor for ticket sales. After connecting your Stripe account, you can monitor transactions in both the Diobox dashboard and your Stripe account. More importantly, Diobox does not hold or delay your ticket revenue. All funds flow directly through your Stripe account which are typically transferred to your bank account within a few days.

Ticket sales can be processed internationally and supported currencies are available for events in many regions.

Ways to Sell Tickets

Diobox provides several flexible ways to sell tickets depending on how you want guests to register. You can publish a dedicated ticket form, embed the checkout directly into your website, or sell tickets in person using the Diobox mobile app. Each option uses the same secure backend and keeps all ticket data synchronized in your event dashboard.

Publish and Sell Tickets Using Diobox Forms

Create a dedicated ticket form that guests can access through a short shareable link. These forms are fully customizable, allowing you to match your event branding while presenting ticket options clearly for buyers.

Ticket forms support single and multi-ticket purchases, optional data collection during checkout, and flexible layout customization. You can also publish an event page that includes speakers, agenda details, and additional information alongside the ticket form.

Embed Ticket Sales on External Websites

If your organization already has a website, you have the option to embed the ticket checkout directly into your page using a few snippets of HTML code. This enables guests to purchase tickets without leaving your site while still using Diobox’s secure checkout system.

The embedded checkout is mobile-friendly and automatically connects with your Diobox event dashboard for order management and reporting.

Sell Tickets On-Site with the Diobox Mobile App (POS)

The Diobox iOS app allows you to sell tickets in person using your iPhone or iPad as a point-of-sale station. You can process credit cards in real time, record cash or check payments, and send email receipts instantly.

This option is ideal for walk-ins, last-minute registrations, or on-site upgrades.

Create and Manage Tickets

Tickets are created and managed within the Forms section of your event. Here you define ticket types, pricing, availability, and additional settings.

Because tickets function as a specialized form, you can fully customize the layout, collect attendee information, and control how tickets are presented to buyers.

Ticket Sales Reporting

Diobox provides multiple ways to review ticket performance and analyze sales activity.

The Submissions section is where you manage all ticket orders and form submissions for your event. From here you can track gross and net sales, review individual orders, and analyze ticket performance. Advanced filtering options allow you to locate specific ticket types or identify unassigned tickets.

If your ticket form collects additional information such as meal preferences, session interests, or accessibility needs, these responses can also be summarized to give you a clear overview of attendee data.
