Duplicating a Text
Duplicating a text message lets you reuse its setup, content, and form integrations, making it easy to resend or modify without starting from scratch.
To duplicate a text message, navigate to the email you wish to duplicate, click on the Text Options
dropdown in the top-right corner, and select Duplicate
.
The duplicated text message will appear at the top of your Texts list with a Draft status. You can then make any changes and send it as a new message.
Rename a Text Message
Renaming a text message lets you edit its name in the message list.
To rename a text, find the message, click the Text Options menu in the top-right corner, and select Rename.
Delete a Text Message
Deleting a text message removes a draft or sent message from the list.
To delete a text, find the message, click the Text Options menu in the top-right corner, and select Delete.
Important Notes:
Deleting a sent text also removes all guest activities associated with it.
If the text was linked to a form, recipients will still be able to use that form. To prevent access to the form, you need to disable the form separately.
