It allows you to browse, search, or scan QR codes for instant check-in, print badges for guests, view real-time analytics, accept in-person payments, and make last-minute changes and additions.
All of your devices are synced in real-time. Even if you lose your internet connection, you can continue to use the app through Offline Mode. As soon as your device is reconnected, new information will be instantly synced.
Guest List Management
Effortlessly manage guest lists in real time, tracking RSVPs, confirmations, and arrivals. Categorize guests (e.g., VIPs) and add attendees on the spot, making it easy to handle both pre-registered and walk-in guests.
Event Check-in
The iOS app streamlines the check-in process by offering multiple check-in options, such as QR code scanning or manual entry from browsing or searching your guest list. You can print badges before and during events (including the option to print them automatically when a guest checks in), offering flexibility to accommodate last-minute changes or walk-ins. Badges can be customized to display guest names, logos, and even dynamic text, and are compatible with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi printers.
Seating and Tables Management
You can create visual representations of your tables and see them in the iOS app. The app provides real-time tracking of seating availability and guest seating assignments. You can manage table and seat assignments and assign placeholders directly from the app.
Ticketing and Payments
The iOS app shows all payment and ticketing information for each guest and allows for secure on-site registration and payment processing.
