Publish and Sell Tickets Using Diobox Forms

Updated today

Diobox allows you to create, manage, and sell tickets directly from your event dashboard. Ticketing is fully integrated into the Forms section and connects seamlessly with payments, the Guest Portal, and your Event Web Page.

Where to Manage Tickets

Tickets are managed under Forms.

Tickets are one of the five available form types in Diobox. When you create a new event, a default set of forms is automatically generated, including a ticket form.

To view or manage tickets, go to the Forms page from the left navigation. Each form type is displayed with its own icon for easy identification.

To create an additional ticket, click + Form in the top right and select the Ticket type. You can create as many ticket types as needed, such as General Admission, VIP, Early Bird, or Sponsor.

When a ticket is active and ready for sale, a green status indicator appears next to it.

Ways to Sell Tickets

Diobox gives you multiple options depending on how you want to present tickets to your audience:

  • Sell Through the Guest Portal

  • Sell Through the Event Web Page

  • Share a Direct Link to a Ticket

Each method supports secure checkout and integrates with your event’s payment settings.

Sell Through the Guest Portal

The Guest Portal is a centralized page that lists all public forms for your event, including all tickets.

If you have multiple ticket types, they will automatically appear on the Guest Portal. Guests can select one or more ticket types and complete checkout in a single transaction.

This option is ideal when:

  • You are offering multiple ticket categories

  • You want a simple, consolidated purchase experience

  • You are not using a custom event website

To find your Guest Portal link:

Go to Forms and locate the Guest Portal URL in the top right area of the page.

Sell Through the Event Web Page

If you are using the Diobox Event Web Page, you can sell tickets directly from your published event site.

Within the Web Page section, you can configure your call to action button to:

  • Link to the Guest Portal, showing all available tickets

  • Link to a specific ticket form

This allows you to combine ticket sales with event details such as speakers, agenda, and venue information.

For more details about building and publishing your event site, see the Event Web Page and Website Builder documentation.

Share a Direct Link to a Ticket

If you are selling a single ticket type or want to promote a specific ticket, you can share its direct link.

This bypasses the Guest Portal and takes guests straight to that ticket’s purchase form.

To find the direct ticket link:

Go to Forms, select the ticket, and copy the Direct Link.

This is the fastest way to start selling. As soon as a ticket is created and activated, its direct link is ready to share.

By combining flexible ticket creation with multiple selling options, Diobox allows you to adapt your ticketing strategy to any type of event, from private VIP gatherings to large multi tier conferences.
