The ticketing module can be used with any of Diobox Plans, including the free plan, which allows unlimited guests to place ticket orders and register for your event.

Diobox connects to your Stripe account to accept payments for selling tickets on your event website or processing credit cards using the Diobox iOS app.

At the time of the transaction, the Stripe fees and the Diobox fees are subtracted from the ticket price. Then, all remaining proceeds are posted to your Stripe account instantly and usually transferred to your bank account on a 2-day rolling basis. Diobox never holds on to your ticket sales.

Stripe is a payment gateway for accepting credit cards online and building a payment infrastructure for your company. Businesses of every size and industry use Stripe to accept and manage payments online.

Diobox is Verified Partner of Stripe and integrates with Stripe on both the Web App and the iOS App. If you don’t have a Stripe account, you can create a free Stripe account or open your Event Settings: Ticketing & Payments.

Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction in the United States. This is known as a payment processing fee, which Diobox does not control.

Diobox is 100% free for free tickets and you won't pay any fees.

Diobox charges a ticketing fee of 2.5% + $0.70 per ticket in the United States. This fee varies depending on the country and currency. Below is a list of accepted currencies and their associated fees.
