Diobox allows multiple devices to be used at the same time for guest check-in. This setup is ideal for events with high arrival volume, where multiple entry points or check-in stations help reduce wait times and improve flow.
Real-Time Sync Across Devices
All devices stay synchronized in real time. When a guest is checked in on one device, their status updates instantly across all other devices, as long as they are connected to the internet.
This ensures that:
Staff always see the most up-to-date guest status
Duplicate or fraudulent check-ins are prevented
QR code scans are validated across all stations
If a QR code is scanned more than once, even on a different device, an alert appears with clear actions for staff to take.
Using Multiple Team Members
Each device should be operated by a separate Team Member account. The number of Team Members available depends on your subscription plan.
Each Team Member can be logged into one device at a time for check-in activity.
One Login Per Device
Using the same login across multiple devices at the same time is not supported.
If the same account is used on more than one device:
The earlier device may be logged out automatically
Check-ins may stop syncing properly between devices
For reliable performance, assign one login per device and ensure all devices have a stable internet connection.
