Export Guest Data

Exporting guest, check-in, and ticket data to a CSV for external use

Updated this week

Diobox allows you to export guest, check-in, and ticketing data as a standard CSV file for external use. The file is generated on demand and emailed to the team member requesting the export.

In the Diobox web app, go to Guests → Export Guests.

Choose from one of the 4 export options.

Option 1: Guest Data

This default export includes all guest data and provides the most comprehensive set of fields, including:

  • Guest Profile Fields - name, email, company, title, etc.

  • Guest Group - primary and plus-one indicators (if guest is in a group)

  • Guest Confirmation Info - guest list, confirmation status and confirmation time

  • Guest ID - unique Diobox guest identifier

  • Guest URL - link to the public guest confirmation page hosted by Diobox

  • Seat Information - table/row name and seat number

  • Check-In Time - timestamp of every guest check-in

  • Form Details - registration form or ticket name, price, total event spend

  • Email Engagement - total count of email opens, clicks, and bounces

  • Custom Questions - all questions/answers captured through Diobox Forms

  • Custom Fields - any other custom fields originally imported

Option 2: Selected List

Exports only the guests from a specific list or custom segment, using the same fields as Option 1.

To use this option, navigate to the desired guest list before selecting Export Guests.

Option 3: Form Submissions

Exports all form submissions with primary guest details and receipt links. Ideal for reporting on ticket orders and payments. Includes:

  • Date

  • Guest Name

  • Guest Email

  • Summary - the name of the ticket or registration form submitted

  • Gross Sales - price of ticket purchased

  • Net Sales - profit after subtracting fees from Gross Sales

  • Payment - method of payment (free, cash, credit card)

  • Receipt - link to the guest’s order receipt

Option 4: Activities

Exports all guest check-ins, related sessions, and internal notes. Each activity is tagged with the team member who recorded it. The file is sorted by date and time to reflect the sequence of guest and event actions.

  • Date

  • Check-In Session - the check-in activity or check-in session

  • Note Activity - any internal notes saved into the guest profile

  • Team Member - name and email of the team member who checked in the guest

  • All Guest Profile Fields - name, email, company, title, etc.

  • Guest Confirmation Info - guest list, confirmation status and confirmation time

  • Seat Information - table/row name and seat number

  • Ticketing Details - ticket name, price, total event spend

  • Guest ID - unique Diobox guest identifier

  • Guest URL - link to the public guest confirmation page hosted by Diobox
