You can edit a guest’s profile and add custom fields with specific content types, such as email addresses, phone numbers, dates, and social profiles, or create your own text fields.
You can edit any of the following items:
Name
Profile picture
Company
Title
Birthdate
Gender
Notes
Email addresses
Postal addresses
Phone numbers
Social media links
Custom fields
Editing and adding new fields
To edit a guest's profile, tap the Guest Options button and select Edit Guest from menu.
If you don't see a field you need on the guest profile, you can add it through Custom Fields. You can add an unlimited number of Custom Fields with specific content types or create your own text fields.
To add a custom field, scroll down and tap the Add Field button. Select an option, or choose Text to create your own.
To add a URL, such as a social media link:
On the web app, tap the separate
Add URLbutton, and select an option.On the iOS app, tap the
Add Fieldbutton, selectSocial, and then select an option from the menu.
When you are finished, select the Save button.
