You can add logos or images to your badge to reinforce your event branding. The Badge Builder supports multiple images and flexible editing options.
Add an Image
You can use a badge template that already contains an image or add a new one from the Badge Builder toolbar.
Image Options
Click an image to open its configuration options in the Properties panel.
File Upload
Upload a new image at any time. For best print results:
Use JPG or PNG files under 5 MB.
Choose a resolution that matches your printer.
Adjust artwork to match printer color capabilities (for example, black and white or black and red models).
Convert to Black and White
If your printer supports only black and white, enable this checkbox to automatically convert your image.
Image Transform Controls
Rotate the image to any angle or flip it vertically or horizontally.
Image Resizing
Choose how the image behaves inside its frame:
Maintain Aspect Ratio: Scales the image to fit inside the frame while keeping its original aspect ratio, with no cropping.
Stretch to Fit: Scales the image to fill the frame without preserving the original aspect ratio, which can stretch or compress the image.
Crop: Lets you adjust the visible area by dragging the edges of the image to hide unwanted parts.
