Diobox text messaging is available as part of the Enterprise Plan and allows organizers to communicate with guests using both SMS and WhatsApp messaging.
Text messaging can be used for invitations, reminders, confirmations, check-in instructions, event updates, and other guest communication workflows.
Included Credits
When upgrading to the Enterprise Plan, your account automatically receives 500 messaging credits to get started. These credits can be used for both SMS and WhatsApp messages.
How Messaging Credits Work
Messaging credits are consumed when sending SMS or WhatsApp messages through Diobox.
Common examples include:
SMS invitations and reminders
WhatsApp confirmations and event updates
Opt-in requests for WhatsApp messaging
SMS fallback messages when WhatsApp delivery fails
Buying Additional Credits
For events with larger communication needs, additional messaging credits can be purchased at any time using bulk credit packages.
To purchase additional credits, click the current messaging credit balance in the upper-right corner of the screen and select one of the available credit packages.
Account-Wide Usage
Messaging credits are shared across the entire Diobox account and can be used across all events and team members within that account.
This allows organizers to centrally manage communication usage without purchasing credits separately for each event.
