Buying Additional Credits
For events that require more SMS usage, you can purchase additional credits at bulk rates anytime. These credits are flexible and cost-effective for scaling communication needs.
To buy more credits, click on the current number of SMS credits on the top-right corner of the page. Then, select one of the available credit packages.
Account-Wide Usage
SMS credits are shared across your account and can be used for all events within that account. This ensures that you don’t have to purchase separate credits for each event or team member.
