Registration Forms with Video

Updated over a week ago

Diobox allows you to enhance your event pages by adding a video banner at the top, giving your event a powerful visual introduction. Whether you’re promoting a film, performance, product launch, or immersive experience, this feature helps your registration forms stand out.

How to Add Video to your Forms

Navigate to Forms page and select the Header from the top navigation.

In the Event Video section, paste a valid YouTube or Vimeo link. If the video is accepted, it will immediately play in the preview area.

Be sure to click Save to apply your changes.

Guest Experience

The video is embedded within the Guest Portal layout, maintaining a clean, consistent look across all pages, including registration forms, confirmation screens, and more.

Key Features

  • Simple setup: Add a video by pasting a YouTube or Vimeo link.

  • Replaces the event image: Once a video is enabled, it automatically overrides the event image at the top of the page.

  • Visible across all pages: The video displays on all public-facing views, including confirmation pages.

Video Playback

  • Auto-plays silently: Videos will start playing automatically with the sound muted, in accordance with browser rules.

  • Single click to unmute: Users can enable audio with one tap using the “Unmute” button.

  • Consistent display: Video banners are responsive across all modern browsers and screen sizes.

Customization

  • Resolution flexibility: Supports both landscape and portrait formats, automatically adapting to various device dimensions.

  • Advanced customization: Vimeo users can access additional options, such as player styling, interactive elements, and end screen settings. These can be configured directly in Vimeo and will instantly reflect in your Diobox event.
