The Lead Retrieval app is a powerful tool for capturing, managing, and analyzing leads during events. Here’s everything you need to know to maximize its features:

Note: An active internet connection is required to use these apps.

Scan Attendee QR Codes to Capture Leads

The app allows you scan QR codes from multiple sources:

  • QR code on the attendee badge

  • QR code on the attendee confirmation email

  • QR code on the attendee Apple or Google Wallet

To scan a QR code, navigate to the event dashboard and click the Scan Lead button or tap the plus sign in the top-right corner of any screen.

Access Complete Lead Profiles

Once you successfully scan an attendee’s QR code, their full profile becomes available, including their name, company, title, email, and phone numbers. This information is ready for immediate follow-up or further categorization.

Classify and Prioritize Leads

Organize your leads by classifying them as Cold, Warm, or Hot. This helps you prioritize follow-ups and focus on the most promising opportunities.

Add Notes

You can add private notes to capture important details about your interactions with leads. These notes are for your reference only and will not be shared with the event organizer or other exhibitors.

Delete a Lead

To delete a lead, open their detail page, scroll to the bottom, and tap the Delete Lead button. Confirm the action to remove them permanently.

Search and Browse Captured Leads

Easily search or browse through all your captured leads within the app. Use filters to sort leads based on their classification for better organization and quick access.

Export Leads for Further Analysis

Export your leads at any time by selecting the Export button from the dashboard. The app generates a CSV file and emails it to you. Open the file in programs like Microsoft Excel for deeper analytics and reporting.
