Set up Lead Retrieval to manage exhibitor licenses, share sign-up links, and enable lead capture at events.

The Lead Retrieval feature allows you to manage exhibitor licenses and enable them to capture leads at your event. Follow the steps below to set up and share access with your exhibitors.

Prerequisites:

  • The Lead Retrieval feature is available only with an Enterprise Subscription plan. To explore subscription options, visit our: https://home.d.io/pricing/

  • Each exhibitor must purchase a license before they can log in and use the Lead Retrieval app.

Step 1: Enable Lead Retrieval in Event Settings

  1. Go to your Event Settings.

  2. Locate the Lead Retrieval section to:
    • Invite new exhibitors.

    • Manage existing exhibitors.

Step 2: Share the Unique Sign-Up Link

  • Each event has a unique link for exhibitors to sign up and purchase their Lead Retrieval license.

  • Find this link in the Lead Retrieval Settings and share it with your exhibitors.

Step 3: Exhibitor Sign-Up and License Purchase

When exhibitors use the unique link, they will be directed to a dedicated sign-up page, where they can create an account and purchase a Lead Retrieval app license.
