Diobox provides real-time tracking and reporting for both SMS and WhatsApp messages sent through the platform. Tracking information updates automatically as recipients receive, open, and interact with messages.
Message analytics help organizers monitor delivery activity, guest engagement, opt-in activity, and overall campaign performance after a message is sent.

SMS Delivery Analytics
After sending an SMS campaign, Diobox displays a live delivery report with message statuses, delivery percentages, and recipient counts.
SMS Statuses and Error Messages
Here are the different types of statuses that Diobox tracks after sending a text message:
Sent
The message was sent successfully, but final delivery confirmation is not yet available.
Most messages update to Delivered or Undelivered within minutes. Some carrier networks, especially MMS delivery in the U.S. and Canada, may not return final delivery confirmations.
Delivered
The message was successfully delivered to the recipient’s carrier and, where supported, their device.
Queued
The message is waiting to be processed and delivered.
Messages can remain queued for several hours due to carrier traffic, compliance reviews, or temporary delivery delays.
Delivery Unknown
The message was accepted for delivery, but no final status update was received.
This typically means the carrier or recipient network did not return additional delivery information.
Undelivered
The message could not be delivered to the recipient.
Common reasons include carrier filtering, invalid phone numbers, unavailable devices, or regional delivery restrictions.
Failed
The message could not be sent successfully.
This may happen due to technical issues, account restrictions, compliance enforcement, or temporary platform interruptions
WhatsApp Delivery Analytics
WhatsApp campaigns include detailed delivery tracking and recipient engagement reporting directly from the WhatsApp platform.
WhatsApp Statuses and Error Messages
Diobox tracks the following WhatsApp delivery statuses:
Sent
The message was successfully submitted to WhatsApp and accepted for processing.
Delivered
The message was confirmed as delivered to the recipient in WhatsApp.
Read
The recipient opened and viewed the WhatsApp message.
Read tracking is only available when the recipient has read receipts enabled in WhatsApp.
Delivery Unknown
WhatsApp accepted the message, but final delivery confirmation is not yet available.
This can happen temporarily due to recipient device status, connectivity issues, or Meta delivery processing delays.
Undelivered
The message could not be delivered through WhatsApp.
Common reasons include:
The recipient is not registered on WhatsApp
The recipient cannot receive WhatsApp messages
Regional or platform restrictions
Marketing restrictions for U.S. phone numbers
Failed
The message failed before delivery could be completed.
This may happen due to template issues, compliance restrictions, Meta platform errors, or account limitations.
Awaiting Opt-In
An opt-in request was sent, but the recipient has not responded yet.
Opt-In Declined
The recipient declined the WhatsApp opt-in request.
Opt-In Expired
The recipient did not respond to the opt-in request within the allowed approval window.
View Text Report
Each text campaign includes a detailed recipient report that can be filtered by delivery status and engagement activity.
To access the report, open the Text Options dropdown and select View Text Report.
The report allows you to:
View recipient-level delivery activity
Filter recipients by message status
Review delivery errors and engagement results
Monitor opt-in activity for WhatsApp campaigns
Export Text Report
Text reports can also be exported as CSV files for additional analysis or external reporting.
To export a report, open the Text Options dropdown and select Export Text Report.
