Diobox tracks the progress of text messages after they are sent, providing detailed insights about their delivery. This includes data on whether text messages were sent, delivered, or failed. It may take a few hours for this data to be fully processed and synced.

Text Sent Page

After sending a bulk text message, this page provides a detailed campaign report, under the Text Delivery section, including a breakdown of statuses by percentage and count.


Text Report

You can view and filter text reports by status for each campaign. To access this, click on the Text Options dropdown.


Email Export

For further analysis, you can export an email report as a CSV file that includes recipient engagement data.


SMS Statuses and Error Messages

Here are the different types of statuses that Diobox tracks after sending a text message:

Sent

Your message has been sent, but delivery status is not yet confirmed. Most messages update to “Delivered” or “Undelivered” within minutes. Some messages, especially MMS to US/Canada numbers, may stay in this status indefinitely due to carrier limitations.

Delivery Unknown

Your message has been in “Sent” status for over an hour without an update. This usually means no further delivery information is available.

Delivered

Your message was successfully delivered to the recipient’s carrier, and where possible, their phone.

Undelivered

Your message could not be delivered. This may be due to carrier filtering, the recipient’s phone being unavailable, or other issues.

Failed

Your message was not sent. This may be due to technical issues such as account restrictions or system overloads.
